Machine Operator
The Machine Operator will oversee the operation of the nugget mill machine within a food manufacturing setting, ensuring efficiency and quality in the production process. Responsibilities
Feed food ingredients into the mill using a hopper. Operate the milling machine mechanisms to apply force and break down ingredients. Utilize screens or sieves to control particle size and ensure desired consistency. Discharge the milled product from the machine. Perform repairs and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise with the mill. Essential Skills
Ability to operate, repair, and troubleshoot a food manufacturing nugget mill machine. Experience in stacking, moving, mixing, and blending ingredients. Mechanical maintenance and mill operation expertise. At least 6 months of manufacturing experience, with food manufacturing experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and experience in packing, palletizing, visual inspection, machine operating, and blending. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Demonstrated drive to advance within the company. Ability to work a 24/7 rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts. Training available on a first shift 8-hour schedule. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
