Forklift Operator
We are seeking skilled forklift operators to join our team in a dynamic food manufacturing plant. Employees will operate stand-up forklifts to manage shipping and receiving of materials. They will also be responsible for supplying materials to production lines and removing materials from the lines. Responsibilities
Operate stand-up forklifts for transporting materials in a food manufacturing environment. Load and unload pallets in the warehouse efficiently and safely. Adhere to all safety protocols and general labor tasks as required. Follow all GMP policies, ensuring no jewelry is worn and appropriate safety gear is used at all times. Essential Skills
Experience driving stand-up forklifts, particularly within a food manufacturing setting. Familiarity with safety procedures and material handling. At least 1 year of experience operating either sit-down or stand-up forklifts. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with pallet jacks and general production tasks. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Why Work Here?

This position is based in a climate-controlled food manufacturing plant where adherence to health and safety guidelines is crucial. The facility is clean and well-lit, but can become dusty due to the products manufactured. Employees should be prepared for a fast-paced environment that requires extensive standing. Protective gear, including hair nets, beard nets, steel-toed shoes, and lab coats, is required. Though climate-controlled, temperatures can reach up to 100 degrees due to machinery and ovens. Shifts are available Monday through Friday, with the second shift running from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm and the third shift from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
