Commercial Construction Superintendent

As a Superintendent, you will lead the on-site management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and field staff to drive project success while maintaining a strong focus on safety, schedules, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols. Supervise subcontractors and field personnel, providing clear direction and maintaining accountability. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Collaborate with project managers to develop and update schedules, address challenges, and track progress. Enforce safety policies and foster a culture of safety on-site. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to align goals and expectations. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry. Proven expertise in managing ground-up and renovation projects in commercial, hospitality, retail, or multifamily sectors. Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety protocols. Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results under tight deadlines. Proficiency in construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Sage, or similar software). A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
