As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities: Manage all phases of construction projects, including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables, proactively addressing challenges and changes. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards. Foster a collaborative team environment that emphasizes quality, accountability, and efficiency.
