My Client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations and ensure the successful delivery of commercial interior projects valued at $1M+. The Superintendent will be responsible for leading on-site teams, maintaining project schedules, and upholding the highest standards of safety and quality. Key responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day site operations for projects valued at $1M+ Coordinating subcontractors, materials, and inspections to meet deadlines Creating, maintaining, and updating project schedules Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Communicating progress effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors Utilizing Procore for project management and reporting Supporting base building projects when needed MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with proven experience in commercial interiors and the ability to manage complex projects. They are proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at maintaining strong relationships in the field. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in construction Strong background in commercial interiors ($1M+ projects) Experience across retail, hospitality, restaurants, office, daycare, and similar sectors Base building experience a plus Proficiency with Procore software Excellent organizational, communication, and scheduling skills What's on Offer
