As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our client by ensuring timely, accurate, and professional service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences that align with our mission.

Customer Service Representative Job Details:

As a key member of our logistics team, you will be the main point of contact for customers and our internal departments. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Solving problems

by looking into any order or shipping discrepancies.

Handling data entry

for things like customer orders, updating account information, and creating reports.

Answering incoming

phone calls

and directing them as needed.

Acting as the main link between

customers

and our

sales team .

Helping new

shipping partners

get set up with our system.

Confirming shipments

have been sent and received.

Processing

refunds or credit requests

for customers.

Changing the destination for

shipments

that are already on the move.

Providing

production updates

to customers and our team.

Getting

order information

from our various fulfillment partners.

Passing on new sales leads

to the right department. Handling incoming faxes and emailing invoices to customers upon request. Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented candidate who has the following skills and qualifications:

Education:

A

high school diploma

or GED is required.

Experience:

Previous experience in a

customer service

role is needed.

Computer Skills:

You should be comfortable using computers, especially Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with any

transportation management software (TMS)

or

customer relationship management (CRM)

systems is a big plus!

Communication:

You must be able to

speak and write English clearly . Being multilingual is a bonus but not required.

Problem-Solving:

You need to be able to handle customer issues calmly and find solutions.

Math Skills:

Basic math skills are necessary for this role.

Writing:

You should be able to write professional and clear

emails .

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
