Senior Project Manager
to lead high-value developments from inception to completion. This is a standout opportunity for a seasoned construction professional ready to make an impact on projects that blend office, retail, leisure, and residential into dynamic environments. Your Responsibilities: Take full ownership of complex commercial and mixed-use development projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to exceptional quality standards. Lead cross-functional teams, external consultants, and subcontractors throughout all project phases. Act as the main point of contact for clients, investors, and key stakeholders. Develop and manage detailed project programs, cost plans, and risk registers. Oversee contract administration, ensuring full compliance with relevant frameworks Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation across your projects. What You Bring: 8+ years of experience in project management, ideally within commercial and/or mixed-use construction. Demonstrated success managing multi-phase projects Demonstrated success of completing mid/high rise projects Expert knowledge of building regulations and procurement routes. Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. In lieu of 10 + years' experience as a construction Project Manager This GC has proven success in hiring and retaining staff, several haven’t been with the company for a number of years working their way to Executive / VP level.
