Location: Tampines Mall Working hours: 9am to 6pm (4 weekdays + 1 weekend) Salary Range: $3500 to $3800 per month + quarterly / annual bonus Responsibilities Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to the company's community Share the company's vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement Maintain customer relationships and build a strong the company's community. Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in the CRM system Relationship manager for the company's community, continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents Skills & Qualifications Min. 2 years in Education or Learning & Development Industry handling admission / enrolment and student engagement Diploma or Degree in any discipline Jessica Nguyen Huynh Thanh Truc CEI Reg.
