You will own end-to-end operational excellence, enabling rapid growth while ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership:
Define and execute long-term strategy aligned with company vision, market opportunities, and competitive dynamics. Operational Strategy:
Design and implement scalable processes across departments (Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Customer Success, IT). Performance Metrics:
Establish KPIs, OKRs, and dashboards to monitor efficiency, quality, and growth; drive data-driven improvements. Cross-Functional Leadership:
Align Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to accelerate GTM execution and customer satisfaction. Cost & Resource Optimization:
Streamline workflows, manage budgets ($X+ million P&L), and negotiate vendor contracts to maximize ROI. Risk & Compliance:
Ensure operational resilience, regulatory adherence (e.g., ISO, GDPR, SOX), and business continuity planning. Technology Enablement:
Oversee deployment of systems (ERP, CRM, BI) to automate workflows and enhance decision-making. Talent Development:
Build and mentor high-performing operations teams; foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Qualifications & Experience Proven Leadership:
10+ years in senior operations roles (e.g., VP Ops, GM, COO), with 5+ years in [industry: Tech/Manufacturing/Healthcare]. Scale Expertise:
Track record of optimizing operations in high-growth environments (e.g., scaled teams from 50→500, expanded to 3+ regions). Process Mastery:
Deep experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or equivalent frameworks; certified (e.g., PMP, CSCP) preferred. Financial Acumen:
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management for $X+ million business units. Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with modern ops tools (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Jira, Tableau). Stakeholder Skills:
Adept at influencing C-suite peers, board members, and cross-functional teams.
