Senior Cloud Application Developer
in Alexandria to lead IT modernization efforts in cloud infrastructure. You Lead By: Designing, maintaining, and customizing CRM solutions using
Microsoft Dynamics 365, M365, and Azure Cloud Services Developing cloud strategies aligned with client needs and managing the implementation process Applying the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to meet customer requirements Collaborating on DoDAF diagrams and artifacts Prototyping rapidly with stakeholder feedback Working with team leads to define requirements, estimate costs, and plan work Supporting an Agile environment and providing Scrum Master functions as needed Implementing security controls based on STIGs and DoD security standards, with high availability and disaster recovery principles Empowered By: Sharing expertise in test-driven development and continuous integration Mentoring others on application performance and scalability Collaborating with QA on issue resolution and change management Creating metrics, alarms, and monitoring tools for operations You Have: U.S. Citizenship Ability to obtain or possess a DoD Secret Security Clearance 15+ years as a software engineer, with 10+ years in full-stack or cloud application development Experience with SaaS low/no-code apps in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Proficiency in ASP.NET, Web APIs, Python, Java, Node.js Experience with Azure App Services, Cosmos DB, and Azure SQL Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic and EBS Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, Dataverse, and M365 Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Understanding of OAuth, MFA, Zero-Trust, and AuthZ/AuthN Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in STEM preferred; experience may substitute Must obtain or already hold a DoD-approved IAM Level II and/or IAT Level II certification within 6 months Azure Developer and Fundamentals certifications are a plus
