Payroll/HR Administrator
for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is perfect for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is experienced in managing manual payroll and HR processes while contributing to automation efforts. What You’ll Do: Payroll Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for 160+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
Review timesheets, wages, and resolve discrepancies
Ensure accurate data entry for deductions, taxes, and benefits
Generate and analyze payroll reports as needed
Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries
Human Resources Maintain employee data in ADP (new hires, status changes, garnishments)
Manage digital onboarding for new and rehired employees
Provide support and guidance on employee relations matters
Respond to HR-related questions on policies and procedures
Foster positive employee relations across departments
Assist in policy development and process improvement
Benefits Administration Provide bi-weekly census data to benefits broker for updates and ACA tracking
Coordinate with leadership and broker on annual benefits renewal
Facilitate open enrollment meetings with vendors
Manage benefits deductions in ADP
What We’re Looking For: 5–7 years of HR generalist experience
Minimum 3 years of full-cycle, multi-state payroll experience for 150+ employees
Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws; moderate understanding of labor law compliance
Experience with HRIS/HCM systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access)
