We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Sales & Growth Strategy to lead the development of our sales, marketing, and growth initiatives while building the internal infrastructure and team to support scalable expansion.

This role blends strategic planning, CRM implementation, sales operations, and customer engagement. It’s ideal for a leader passionate about building the future of intelligent energy systems at the intersection of SaaS and hardware.

  • Develop and execute integratedsales and marketing strategies , ensuring alignment across all customer-facing functions.
  • Design and documentsales workflows , performance dashboards, and key metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing to definetarget segments , messaging, and campaign strategies.
  • Build and refinepricing models , channel programs, and go-to-market frameworks.
  • Partner with the product development team to inform roadmap decisions based on market feedback.
  • Select and manageCRM tools andsales automation platforms to support scalable growth.
  • Drivelead generation , funnel optimization, and conversion strategies.
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to continuously refine strategy.
  • Build and lead ahigh-performing sales team , including recruiting, training, and coaching.
  • Overseecustomer engagement and ensure a seamless post-sale experience.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience insales strategy ,revenue operations , orgrowth marketing .
  • Proven success inB2B sales , ideally within thepower utility ,energy tech ,EV infrastructure , orSaaS sectors.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience withAI-driven CRM tools , marketing automation, and customer success platforms.
  • Passion for working cross-functionally instartup or fast-paced environments .
