Pay: $22/hr to $24/hr Location: South Chandler, AZ Hours: 6am to 3pm M-F (They do work 50 hour weeks) Job Description

The Stockroom Clerk is responsible for efficiently handling, verifying, and storing incoming materials, ensuring subassemblies are stored correctly, and supplying the manufacturing departments with necessary parts. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations, material/inventory accuracy, and workflow within the company. Responsibilities

Collaborate with Buyer/Planner to release work orders, using a computer (SAP) to manage job numbers, part numbers, and descriptions from work orders. Pull parts based on work orders, ensuring accuracy of quantities, descriptions, and storage locations. Update their status using SAP. Follow protocols for missing parts and complete Assembly Shortage sheets when necessary. Safely unload and store incoming materials, verifying identification and quantities. Inspect for damage, quality, and discrepancies, reporting any issues promptly. Store and organize inventory in designated locations using SAP and internal systems. Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory checks for accuracy. Utilize computer experience, particularly SAP and Microsoft Office, for time tracking, material management, and inventory updates. Complete paperwork accurately and timely. Operate forklifts, carts, and other equipment safely to transport materials and parts. Ensure safe handling and storage of parts. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and stockroom, contributing to the overall efficiency of the stockroom. Assist in the movement of subassemblies from the shop floor to proper storage areas. Collaborate with other departments to ensure high operator and machine efficiency. Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE. Ensure materials are handled and stored safely. Charge propane tanks when necessary and maintain forklifts. Essential Skills

Skilled in parts pulling and inventory accuracy, with experience in locating, pulling, and verifying parts against work orders. Experience with propane and stand-up forklifts for safe material handling. Proficiency in SAP (C019, MM03, MD04) and Microsoft Office for tracking and inventory management. Ability to inspect incoming materials for identification, quantity, damage, and quality issues. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Support internal customers with a strong customer service focus. Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma required. Proficient in reading and interpreting production jobs and engineering drawings. 3+ years of relevant experience in materials handling preferred. Two to three years of experience operating a propane forklift. Two to three years of experience operating a stand-up forklift. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective solutions. Ability to stand, bend, and remain on feet for extended periods throughout the day. Why Work Here?

Work in an indoor environment with a shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm. Be prepared to work before and after shifts if needed. The dress code includes steel-toed boots and pants/work jeans. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CHANDLER, Arizona. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
