Job Overview:

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Pickers to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting merchandise using an RF scanner and preparing items for shipment. The products include greeting cards and party supplies, which require careful handling and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Navigate aisles with a cart to pick merchandise based on order instructions

Use RF scanners to locate and confirm items

Read and follow detailed picking instructions

Walk to shelves and retrieve items accurately

Stand, bend, and squat for extended periods

Maintain inventory accuracy and follow safety protocols

Ensure all items are properly packaged and ready for shipment

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (no lifting over this limit)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions

Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and squat throughout the shift

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in warehouse or order picking roles

Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems

Pay Details:

$18.00 per hour
