Shift Schedules

• 2nd Shift: MondayThursday, 4:30 PM 3:00 AM
• Weekend Shift: FridaySunday, 6:00 AM 6:30 PM
• Shift Premium: +12% for both 2nd and weekend shifts

Compensation

$27.00 $37.00/hour, based on experience

• 12% shift differential

Swiss Machinist Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented CNC Swiss Machinist capable of handling full machine setups, interpreting complex blueprints, and maintaining ultra-tight tolerances of 0.0002. You'll work with a range of materials including stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, Inconel, and brass. Live tooling experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues
• Read and interpret detailed prints
• Maintain precision tolerances
• Manage production runs from 100 to 5,000 parts

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in medical or aerospace machining
• Experience with live tooling or multi-axis equipment
• Strong understanding of CNC programs and tooling for exotic metals

Lathe Machinist Role

We're seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team. You'll work with advanced equipment including Nakamura, Puma, and Doosan lathessome featuring dual spindles and twin turrets. The role involves full setups, troubleshooting, and maintaining tolerances of 0.0002.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full setups and operate CNC lathes
• Read and interpret complex prints
• Work with exotic and standard metals
• Handle varied production volumes (1005,000 parts)

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of CNC lathe setup experience
• 2+ years in aerospace or medical machining
• Live tooling/multi-axis experience preferred
• Strong tooling knowledge and CNC program interpretation

Requirements for Employment

• Drug screen (THC excluded)
• 7-year background check
• Must meet ITAR compliance

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $83200.00/yr.

- Climate Controlled and super clean

- Guaranteed 3% company contribution to 401k (not a match. For example, if you put in 6% they put 3% and if you put 0% they put 3%)

- 2 weeks PTO right away plus the Minnesota sick pay on top of that

- Average tenure is 10+ years

- 12% shift differential

- Sometimes will have a bonus at the end of the year depending on company performance/profits
