Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist who is thorough and skilled in their work. The right Accounts Payable Specialist for this position is someone who is meticulous and organized. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be over:

1. Communicating with other employees to solve problems
2. Accurately reviewing, coding, and processing vendor invoices
3. Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any issues
4. Collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies or payment issues
5. Ensuring timely and accurate payment of bills, including vendor invoices, credit card transactions, and employee reimbursements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, typing, and computer skills. Strong Excel knowledge is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills sufficient to negotiate resolutions and enlist support, cooperation, and assistance from others.
