Duties and Responsibilities:
Data entry driven role - transfer order information from customers into Apple systems via manual data entry with 100% accuracy. Support orders from multiple channels including Education, Reseller, and AOU. Ability to interact with customers and maintain a professional demeanor. Work efficiently and accurately to meet business timelines and performance metrics. Strong communication skills needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong data entry and customer service background. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Critical thinking skills to diagnose issues and recommend solutions Flexibility to prioritize tasks. Ability to work various schedules based on business needs while maintaining high attendance standards. High attention to detail.
