CNC Machine Operator
$18-25/hr Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality components. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and safety standards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. Essential Skills
Machine operation experience Experience with metal machine operating Knowledge of machining, tooling, and materials Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection techniques Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment Experience with multi-spindle screw machines Knowledge of G-code and CNC programming basics Why Work Here?

The work environment is a machine shop with a typical schedule of Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3 pm for the first shift, and Monday - Thursday, 5 pm - 5 am for the second shift. Note that the second shift requires training on the first shift for 1-2 months. The environment is noisy and involves getting dirty from oils and machine operation. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
