Sales Leader based in the US
to drive growth across
high-volume semiconductor Foundries, IDMs and OSATs
— especially those still relying on
manual classification or rule-based systems in yield and quality operations . You’ll be instrumental in building relationships, educating stakeholders, and closing deals that bring AI into mission-critical manufacturing lines. You'll have the opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds in manufacturing and AI, and you'll make a tangible impact on the future of this industry. What You’ll Do (Sell to Semiconductor Fabs & A&Ts) Identify and prioritise ideal-fit customers Target
high-volume fabs, OSATs, and IDMs
in the US but still reliant on manual review or rules for yield, quality & productivity improvement. Leverage existing industry relationships Bring a strong network of decision-makers across semiconductor manufacturing—especially
VPs of Operations, Directors of Yield or Quality Assurance, AOI Managers , and
Digital Transformation Leads. Sell a vision-led, consultative solution Understand and articulate SixSense’s value in defect classification, RCA, and disposition. Familiarity with
AOI/AVI tools, SEM review processes , and
inspection workflows
is a strong advantage. Manage long enterprise sales cycles Own the end-to-end sales process—from lead qualification to closing deals—with stakeholders across operations, IT, procurement, and factory leadership. Drive pipeline & forecasting discipline Use structured qualification frameworks (like
MEDDIC ) and maintain data-driven pipeline reporting to ensure transparency and predictability. Craft tailored proposals & co-build ROI cases Translate manufacturing pain points into concrete ROI arguments—e.g.,
cycle time savings ,
yield recovery , or
operator cost reduction . Be a strategic partner to customers Earn trust, identify internal champions, and guide customers through their AI adoption journey across multiple sites and use cases. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a high-performing enterprise sales professional with: Strong network across
high-volume semiconductor fabs, OSATs, and IDMs , especially those with
manual defect classification
still in place Experience selling
complex tech solutions
(AI, automation, inspection, etc.) to
Operations, QA, Yield, and AOI leaders Familiarity with
semiconductor manufacturing and inspection workflows
(e.g. AOI, AVI, SEM) A
proven track record
of closing multi-stakeholder, six-figure enterprise deals A
self-starter mindset
