Role Overview As a
Customer Success Manager (CSM)
at Livereach, you will own the customer relationship post-sale, ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, combining expert product knowledge with a strong focus on customer health, retention, and expansion. Key Responsibilities
Customer Dashboards & Insights
– Build and maintain dashboards to track customer usage, health scores, and ROI. Expert Product Knowledge
– Become a go-to expert on the Livereach platform, guiding customers on features, integrations, and best practices. Follow-Up & Engagement
– Drive proactive follow-ups to ensure adoption, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships. Customer Pulse Monitoring
– Stay attuned to customer satisfaction, flagging risks and identifying opportunities for upsell or expansion. Renewal & Retention Focus
– Own the renewal cycle, ensuring high renewal rates and reducing churn. Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support to advocate for customer needs and improve the overall experience. Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in
Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS client-facing roles . Strong ability to translate data into insights (dashboards, reporting). Excellent communication, relationship management, and follow-up skills. Comfort with SaaS metrics (renewals, churn, adoption, expansion). Self-starter with a bias for action and customer-first mindset.
