The Territory Manager (TM) is responsible for achieving sales goals within their assigned territory. They establish and maintain customer relationships through communication and in-person appointments. They must possess expert knowledge of our product portfolio to drive sales, motivate the sales force, and serve clients. The TM will consult with surgeons in the operating room regarding our implants and instruments. An established record as an orthopedic sales manager or leader is required. Represent Artemis Surgical / Arthrex Inc in a fast-paced environment with a sophisticated audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals. Work with the Regional Manager to oversee and direct the team in achieving and exceeding sales objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and new customers. Develop and implement sales strategies with team members to meet and exceed goals. Identify new sales opportunities and develop business plans to increase sales volume. Maintain an accurate CRM database including forecasting, lead generation, and account management. Communicate product updates, portfolio changes, new techniques, and educational programs to accounts. Facilitate training, coaching, or mentoring with Sales Associates. Conduct annual reviews and performance improvement plans. Attend leadership, sales, and professional meetings outside of regular hours as required. Stay current on products and procedures through independent study. Focus on personal development of management skills. Ability to lift up to 55 pounds regularly. Note: This description is not exhaustive; additional duties may be assigned. Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree required unless prior medical device or surgical technician experience. At least 2 years of Arthrex or similar medical device sales experience, with 1+ years managing a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Aptitude for technical medical information, anatomy, surgical procedures, and equipment. Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with a strong sense of urgency. Comfortable working in surgery/operating room settings. Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of orthopedic surgical cases. Strong public speaking and communication skills. Ability to relate to healthcare professionals in orthopedic/sports medicine markets. Strong time management and inventory management skills. Tools and Equipment:
