Description

Arthrex Kentucky, represented by Blue Surgical, is seeking a highly motivated sales representative to join our fast-paced, dedicated team. Our focus is on people and making an impact to help surgeons treat their patients better. This entry-level sales position will assist the team in achieving sales goals and quotas within the assigned territory. Associate Sales Representatives will establish, build, and maintain customer relations through communication and in-person appointments. The individual will learn the sales process and work with a team to prioritize targets and maximize sales opportunities. Candidates will work to increase territory results by building strong business relationships and maintaining expert knowledge of Arthrex's product portfolio, including categories such as shoulder, trauma, knee and hip, foot and ankle, hand and wrist, orthobiologics, capital equipment, video, cardiothoracic, and spine.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Arthrex Kentucky, working with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
  • Support the team by delivering instruments/implants for surgical cases.
  • Participate in product and sales training provided by Blue Surgical and Arthrex.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to grow business.
  • Communicate product updates and portfolio changes to customers.
  • Support marketing strategies and cross-sell products.
  • Develop selling skills through mentoring and training.
  • Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Attend sales and product training sessions.
  • Maintain credentialing for account access.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2-4 years of sales success in B2B preferred.
  • Knowledge of human anatomy preferred.
  • Experience in sports or sports medicine is a plus.
  • Comfortable in surgical/operating room environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to learn technical information related to surgery.
  • Valid US driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Willing to receive required vaccinations including COVID-19.
