Position Summary...
What you'll do... Position Overview: This team member will play a key role in supporting the strategy and execution of digital campaigns and events across all fashion channels. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Marketplace Fashion is effectively represented, help streamline preparation processes, and contribute to the successful execution of event operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with cross-functional teams—including marketing, creative, site merchandising, and Marketplace—to align on strategy, representation, and process.
Support the representation of Fashion Marketplace in digital campaigns and events by providing insights and executing assigned tasks.
Advocate for the customer by contributing to assortment decisions and competitive pricing discussions.
Assist in creating and implementing processes and workflows to streamline preparation and execution, including timelines, checklists, and communication plans.
Analyze campaign performance and share data-driven insights to inform in-event pivots and post-event opportunities.
Develop a robust strategy to build Flash Deals.
Attend L1 MSPs, consolidate and review spotlight intakes, pressure test forecasts, meet with stakeholders to prioritize and roadmap.
Be a strong voice and representation of fashion marketplace for all omni events (Seasonal & Savings).

Managing Marquee Events and Deals
– Collaborate across organization to drive exceptional results during Marquee events.
Influencing
– Effectively tell stories through financials and project plans that focus on driving the best possible outcome for the seller and customer.
Helping build the Walmart Marketplace experience for Sellers and Customers
– Scope, launch, and scale Marketplace Strategic Initiatives to help Marketplace become a one-stop-shop for our Sellers and Customers.
Culture Champion
– Help drive and foster the culture of the Fashion Strategic Initiatives team by being a team player, showing up the right way, every day, and having fun on the daily.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: $84,000 - $156,000
San Bruno, California US-08848: $91,000 - $169,000
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: $70,000 - $130,000
Additional compensation includes performance bonuses and possibly stock options. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business or related area with 2 years of experience, or 4 years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include experience in Business Management, Marketing, or Omnichannel Merchandising.
