Northern, CA . Pay Range: $80k-$85k Position Overview The
Regional Maintenance Specialist
serves as a Maintenance Director in the absence of a community’s Maintenance Director. They are responsible for planning, organizing, developing, performing, and directing maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations of the physical plant, both interior and exterior, to ensure proper property operations. The role includes overseeing the maintenance and housekeeping departments to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment, in accordance with property policies and procedures. Additionally, they will handle staff hiring, evaluation, coordination, motivation, performance monitoring, scheduling, supervision, and will make recommendations to the Executive Director regarding staff evaluations, merit increases, reprimands, disciplinary actions, and terminations. This position may require travel throughout California and will involve extensive travel within Northern California. The ideal candidate will reside in Northern California.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with the skillset to train new Maintenance Directors at each property and to implement Oakmont systems from the ground up!
