Northern, CA . Pay Range - $80k-$85k Role Overview:
The Regional Maintenance Specialist serves as a Maintenance Director in the absence of a community’s Maintenance Director. This role involves planning, organizing, developing, performing, and directing general maintenance, repair, and housekeeping of the physical plant, both interior and exterior, to ensure proper property operations. The specialist oversees the maintenance and housekeeping departments to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment, in accordance with property policies and procedures. Responsibilities include hiring, evaluating, coordinating, motivating, monitoring performance, scheduling, supervising staff, and making recommendations regarding staff evaluations, merit increases, reprimands, disciplinary actions, and terminations. This role may require travel throughout California, with extensive travel in Northern California. The ideal candidate will reside in Northern California.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the skillset to train new Maintenance Directors and implement Oakmont systems from the ground up!
