Oil & Gas Attorney
with
2–3 years of transactional experience
to join our growing Energy group in Denver. This is a
Partner track opportunity
with strong mentorship, professional development support, and exposure to high-quality client work. Responsibilities: Draft and review
oil & gas title opinions
(candidates with as little as 3+ months of experience in this area will be considered). Provide transactional support on energy matters, including upstream and midstream projects. Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys while managing independent client responsibilities. Contribute to business development, pro bono, diversity, and other investment initiatives (up to 50 hours count toward billable target). Qualifications: J.D. and active license to practice in Colorado
(required). 2–3 years of transactional legal experience in
oil & gas, energy, or natural resources law . Landman experience
preferred but not required. Excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, and effective communication abilities. Highly motivated and able to thrive both independently and within a collaborative team. Why Join Us: Partner track
