Duties
Prepare and prosecute U.S. patent applications in software and electronics
Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses
Counsel clients on IP strategy and patent portfolio development
Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
Deliver high-quality legal work with attention to technical and legal detail
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in patent prosecution
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Experience in client counseling and portfolio management is a plus
Ability to provide writing samples and academic transcripts upon request
Willingness to work on-site in one of the listed office locations
Education
Bachelor’s degree in one of the following or related fields:
Computer Science
Electrical Engineering
Mathematics
Physics
Certifications
Active USPTO Registration Number (required)
