Duties
- Draft and prosecute patent applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
- Manage assignments from multiple partners and clients.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in patent prosecution.
- Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
- Patent Bar eligible and, if applicable, licensed to practice law in the respective state.
- Strong time management and deadline management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Education
- Master's Degree or Doctor of Philosophy in chemistry, organic chemistry, applied chemistry, polymer science, polymer engineering, biochemistry, or a related field.
Certifications
- Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
