Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Associate in Family Law Litigation. The position is located in Silver Spring, MD, with some work from home flexibility. The Associate will be responsible for handling family law cases, drafting and filing legal documents, attending court hearings, and providing legal advice to clients. Additionally, the role involves conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with senior attorneys on complex cases. Qualifications

• 5-7 years Experience in Family Law Litigation, including handling cases and attending court hearings
• Skills in Drafting and Filing Legal Documents
• Legal Research and Negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar
• Maryland Bar admission required, DC Bar admission a plus
