Position Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Participate in client discovery and scoping sessions to capture business goals and technical requirements. Analyze client-provided datasets (including data samples and headers) to determine structure, quality, and potential use cases. Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, including data flows, mappings, and transformation logic.
Solution Design & Documentation
Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable and efficient data solutions. Create detailed solution documentation for engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Contribute to solution architecture, leveraging WellStack’s product suite to address customer challenges.
Technical Problem-Solving
Provide real-time solutioning during client engagements, proactively addressing data challenges and roadblocks. Recommend the use of AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and solution quality.
Project Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with Implementation Managers to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client success criteria. Potentially manage 1–2 customer projects in parallel, balancing priorities effectively. Support end-user validation efforts and data quality checks.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align client needs with internal priorities and the product roadmap. Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
Provide feedback to enhance product capabilities and implementation processes. Help develop internal templates, best practices, and reusable solution components.
Experience & Skills: Required Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in
business analysis, solution engineering, or data analytics
roles—preferably in healthcare technology or consulting. Proficiency in
SQL
and
Python
for data analysis and transformation. Deep familiarity with
healthcare data
(claims, RCM, clinical datasets, etc) and industry standards. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and solution documentation. Proven ability to work with both technical teams and client stakeholders in a collaborative, client-facing capacity. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
Experience with
enterprise healthcare software implementations
(EHRs such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech; cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with
AI and automation tools
in a solution delivery context. Background in
high-growth start-ups, consulting, or professional services
. Understanding of
project management methodologies
