Overview

The Data Entry Specialist for Disaster Response will collect, analyze, and report data related to DCMP project. They will oversee data management systems, track the number of survivors served, the types of services provided, and the outcomes achieved. They will provide regular reports on the response effort's progress, identify areas for improvement, and evaluate its effectiveness. They will ensure that data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to project team members as needed. Job Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to disaster recovery efforts and case management services. Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reports to track and monitor progress and outcomes. Generate regular reports and presentations to provide updates on data analysis and insights to the team and leadership. Collaborate with the Program Manager, Financial Analyst, and Admin Assistant to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Identify trends and patterns in data to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement. Respond to data requests from stakeholders, including government agencies, partners, and donors. Stay up-to-date on data analysis tools and techniques and recommend process improvements and technology solutions. Other job duties as assigned.
