Description:
Conducts target coordinate mensuration production using direct, registration, multiple image geo-positioning, and resection techniques on various target types using NGA-validated mensuration tools to support employment of kinetic weapons. Produces collateral damage estimates (CDE) and related graphics using DCiDE/DIEE tools. Performs imagery research, analysis, and exploitation to support targeting efforts. Assists weaponeering to achieve desired damage criteria using approved tools and guides. Supports no-strike identifications, database management, and uploads TM products to databases. Submits collection requests for target material requirements to support operations. Conducts Precise Point Mensuration (PPM) for GPS-guided munitions using NGA-validated tools. Performs quality control on target products produced by others. Uses joint targeting and weaponeering systems to meet damage criteria. Demonstrates experience with TCM, MIDB/MARS, Google Earth, and proficiency with CGS, JWS, DCiDE/DIEE, and the Joint Targeting Toolbox. Requires NGA, CCMD, or Service TMP certification, and NGA or NGA-accredited Service certification in Basic CDE Methodology or PPM. Preferred education includes completion of the Joint Targeting course, Geospatial Imagery/Targeting Analyst course, or the Air Operation Center Course. Security Clearance:
TS/SCI clearance with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY. Job Requirements:
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years. Desired Education:
Master’s Degree in a related field from an accredited institution, or a Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of additional related experience for a total of 17 years. Location:
