The
Global ERP A2R Analyst
supports the Acquire to Retire (A2R) Workstream Lead in designing and configuring business processes for the Church's global fixed assets and leasing. They manage requirements, perform system testing, and maintain detailed documentation. Collaboration with team members and effective communication with stakeholders are essential for process improvement and change management. The role involves navigating complex system configurations, validating designs, and managing risks within dynamic project timelines. Responsibilities
Process Review, Design, and Functional Configuration:
Support the Workstream Lead in reviewing future state business processes and designing new workflows. Create functional designs, perform module configuration, and identify gaps for customization or process workarounds. Requirements Management and Testing:
Assist in defining, reviewing, and prioritizing requirements. Translate requirements into test conditions, perform testing, and resolve discrepancies. Documentation and Quality Assurance:
Maintain detailed documentation of processes, requirements, designs, and testing results, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
Work with team members to ensure accurate documentation and identify process improvements. Communication and Change Management:
Communicate with stakeholders, provide updates, gather feedback, and support change management efforts. Key Challenges
Supporting the review and design of future-state processes aligned with project goals. Navigating complex system configurations. Validating system designs and configurations through testing. Managing risks, actions, issues, and decisions within a dynamic timeline. Coordinating with multiple teams for effective communication. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field. 5+ years in business analysis, process design, preferably in large ERP implementations. Strong understanding of business process modeling and workflow design. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and analysis tools. Ability to collaborate across teams. Preferred Skills
Knowledge of financial accounting and reporting. Experience with fixed assets, leases, and related reporting. Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Familiarity with change management principles. Additional Information
