Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive business analyst and project specialist to join our global ERP digital transformation team. The successful candidate will support an Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) functional workstream in planning, designing, reviewing future state business processes and configuring and maintaining Oracle Fusion Cloud modules. This position has a global scope with a focus on improving, designing, and analyzing processes.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Process Review, Design, and Functional Configuration:

Support the Workstream Lead in reviewing future state business processes and designing new business process workflows as required. Create functional designs, perform module configuration, and assist in identifying, solutioning, and prioritizing gaps that will be addressed through customizations or process workarounds. Requirements Management and Testing:

Assist in defining, reviewing, prioritizing, and maintaining business requirements. Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for testing purposes. Test the system and resolve differences between expected and actual results. Documentation and Quality Assurance:

Maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, functional designs, and testing results. Ensure that all testing activities adhere to quality standards and best practices. Process Specialist:

Support process design, improvement, modeling, and process intelligence and mining efforts for the assigned global ERP process.

Use Celonis and other process intelligence tools to analyze processes, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights. Facilitate workshops with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information, review processes, and ensure alignment with global standards. Oversee process documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to agreed standards (documentation may be created by other team members). Provide training and support to global team members on process design, analysis tools, and process improvement best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders across regions and time zones, ensuring clear and consistent communication on priorities and updates. Monitor progress of process improvement initiatives and prepare clear, actionable reports for the Workstream Lead.

Key Challenges:

Supporting the Workstream Lead and other Workstream Analysts in reviewing and designing future-state business processes that align with the Church's goals and requirements. Navigating complex system configurations while aligning with business requirements. Supporting system testing and ensuring that all functional designs and configurations are properly validated. Acting as the "go between" for the Value Management, Security and Controls, Change Management, other functional workstreams, and the functional workstream to which you are assigned. Coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth communication and timely sharing of information. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, process management, or process intelligence (preferably within ERP, finance, or technology programs). Experience with process modeling tools, process mining, or process intelligence. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in project management. Certification in, or experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Familiarity with organization and system change management principles and practices.
