Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Dispatcher. This role combines dispatch coordination with customer service support to ensure timely deliveries, accurate order tracking, and strong communication between customers, drivers, and internal teams. Job Description

The Customer Service Dispatcher will schedule and oversee product deliveries, manage incoming and outgoing shipments, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status and service updates. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate delivery schedules and assign routes to drivers, contractors, or carriers. Provide updates and delivery timelines to customers, addressing questions and concerns promptly. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Track inbound and outbound shipments, confirming accuracy of delivery and receipt. Maintain records by entering and updating data from purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents. Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and keeping the yard/warehouse organized. Assist with resolving service issues, delivery delays, or customer complaints. Qualifications

Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dispatch/inventory systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Customer-focused mindset with a professional approach.
