Director, Demand Generation
About the Client
Our client is a profitable, remote-first SaaS company delivering embedded revenue solutions for high-growth and enterprise clients. Positioned at the intersection of finance and customer relationship platforms, they offer seamless integration into widely-used CRM and ERP systems. With a growing team across the U.S., Europe, and India, they serve a range of customers—from emerging AI startups to established subscription-based businesses—helping them streamline revenue operations. About the Role
This newly created leadership role is an opportunity to build a modern demand generation engine from scratch. The Director of Demand Generation will be responsible for owning and executing campaigns that drive qualified leads and amplify existing go-to-market efforts. Working closely with the founding team, this role is ideal for a hands-on, metrics-driven marketer who’s excited to shape the marketing function at a company that’s already seen strong traction through word-of-mouth and partner-led sales. Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive top-of-funnel growth.
Manage and scale performance across channels including content, paid media, outbound email, and partner distribution.
Collaborate with sales, partnerships, and leadership to align marketing efforts with broader GTM strategy.
Optimize lead nurturing workflows and conversion paths using tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Own campaign metrics and KPIs, continuously improving CAC, MQLs, and pipeline contribution.
Evaluate and evolve the company’s marketing tech stack to support scalable growth.
Requirements
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong track record in demand generation for SaaS or enterprise software.
Experience in building or scaling marketing functions at early to mid-stage companies.
Proficiency with modern marketing tools (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.) and a deep understanding of data-driven marketing tactics.
Hands-on operator with the ability to drive both strategy and execution.
Experience working in or marketing to verticals such as software, subscription services, or AI is a plus.
Comfortable in a remote, distributed work environment with cross-functional collaboration.
