Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Trust & Estate Attorney for a law firm in Newport Beach, CA . This is a full-time, hybrid, direct hire position with benefits!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independently handle and manage trust and estate litigation cases on an hourly basis
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Work directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with a team of top-tier litigators and support staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 3+ years of experience in trust and estate litigation required.

COMPENSATION:

This position offers an annual salary range of $130,000-$175,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package and bonus depending on performance.
