Position Title: School-Based BCBA or Licensed Behavior Specialist School Year: 20252026 Start Date: August 18, 2025 End Date: June 1, 2026 Job Type: Full-Time, School-Year Contract (MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 3:00 PM) Location: Primarily in-person (hybrid schedule possible) Position Overview: We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to support our K12 student population across five school buildings for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time position, primarily in person, with flexibility for a hybrid schedule. The successful candidate will provide behavioral support services within a multi-tiered system of support (MTSS), focusing on students with a range of needs from elementary through high school. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a behavioral support lead within MTSS across multiple school sites Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Support students with significant behavioral challenges such as aggression, elopement, or regression Collaborate with staff, administrators, and another BCBA as part of a district-wide support team Provide consultation, training, and behavior planning for teachers and paraprofessionals Supervise data collection, analyze behavior trends, and adjust interventions as needed Caseload: Age Range: 6 to 21 years old Caseload: Flexible, depending on building needs and tiered supports (MTSS) Preferred Qualifications: Active BCBA certification (preferred) Will also consider candidates with a valid PA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential Prior experience in school-based or clinical ABA settings Demonstrated ability to work with students exhibiting intensive behaviors How to Apply: Submit your resume to call 470-241-1507for more details.
