Position Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) K12 Caseload School Year: 20252026 Location: Chicago, IL Position Type: Full-Time | 10-Month Contract | In-Person About the Role: Soliant is seeking a qualified and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our student support services team for the 20252026 academic year. This full-time position serves a diverse K12 caseload, providing behavior analytic services that support students with behavioral, developmental, and social-emotional needs across general and special education settings. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, related service providers, and administrators to implement behavior supports Provide coaching and professional development to school staff on behavior strategies and intervention fidelity Monitor student progress using data collection and analysis; revise plans as needed Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team reviews, and crisis intervention planning Support district-wide positive behavior supports and compliance with IDEA and CPS policies Qualifications: Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (BACB) Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Behavior Analyst in the State of Illinois Experience working in a school setting with students in K12 preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse urban school environment Compensation & Benefits: Competitive weekly pay: $40 $52 per hour Full-time employees are eligible for: Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Application Process & Contact Information: For consideration, please contact: Contact Information: Nate Stultz Email: Phone:(678) 538-6757
