A full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year in a K12 educational setting located in Gilroy, CA. This contract role spans the duration of the school year, from August 20, 2025, through June 12, 2026, with a consistent schedule of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students aged 3 to 22 across several school sites (3-4 locations) Develop, implement, and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to student needs Provide ongoing consultation and support to educators and school staff regarding strategies for addressing student behaviors Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on behavior goals and services Supervise and assign tasks to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective delivery of behavioral services Qualifications and Experience: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing Experience working with students in a K12 school environment is preferred Proven skills in conducting FBAs and designing behavior intervention plans Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with educators, parents, and clinical staff Ability and willingness to travel between multiple school sites regularly Location:Gilroy, California service will cover multiple school sites within the district This full-time role offers the opportunity to impact diverse students by providing expert behavioral support and intervention in a supportive school environment.
