A K-12 educational setting in Plainfield, IL, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide full-time support during an FMLA leave. This contract position will start in mid-October and continue through the end of January, requiring onsite presence throughout the assignment.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for studentsConduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs and design effective interventionsCollaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomesProvide training and support to school personnel on behavior management strategiesTrack and analyze behavioral data to guide decision-making and program adjustmentsQualifications:Current BCBA certification requiredExperience working within K-12 educational environments preferredStrong skills in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plansExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAvailability for full-time, onsite work during the contract periodLocation:This role requires onsite work in Plainfield, Illinois, supporting students and staff directly.This temporary opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting students and educators during an important leave period.
