Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on-site in Costa Mesa, CA. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, primarily targeting top sales talent to meet organizational needs. What you can expect:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand sales talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to screening, interviewing, and making offers.
Actively pursue top sales talent through methods such as internet research, networking, employee referrals, cold calling, career events, and industry associations. This role requires significant passive candidate sourcing.
Maintain a strong presence on LinkedIn and Indeed to attract, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales recruitment hiring goals.
Ensure timely responses and maintain open communication with team members and candidates.
What we're looking for:
Proficiency with Enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Workday ATS and Phenom CRM experience a plus.
1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a successful track record in agency or corporate settings.
Experience in sales recruitment preferred.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume.
Current knowledge of Human Resources practices, including wage and hour laws and labor regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers.
Analytical thinking skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions while paying close attention to detail.
Approachable, sincere, resourceful, knowledgeable, supportive, and engaged demeanor.
High curiosity and emotional intelligence are essential.
The starting pay range for this position is $67,600 - $90,000 annually. Full-time employees are eligible for our incentive program based on organizational, team, and personal performance.
