What You Will Be Doing
Guide young learners to embrace autonomy by helping them establish and pursue their own educational goals Deliver specialized instruction in literacy foundations and emotional intelligence, with expert support from our Reading Specialists Create an engaging learning space where curiosity thrives through experiential, hands-on activities Champion and leverage AI-enhanced educational tools that prepare students for a technology-integrated future Work collaboratively with our educational team to customize approaches for each student's distinct learning journey

Forcing standardized approaches onto diverse learners—we celebrate and nurture individual learning styles
Prioritizing academic metrics at the expense of social-emotional development and well-being
Reading Interventionist Key Responsibilities
Serve as the catalyst for Kindergarten through 2nd-grade students to develop self-sufficiency in learning and essential life skills, establishing a foundation for lifelong educational success and personal development.
Basic Requirements
Commitment to on-site work at our Austin, TX campus Bachelor's degree in any discipline Minimum 3 years of experience engaging with children ages 4-8 in educational environments, after-school programs, sports coaching, or similar settings Demonstrated success implementing growth mindset principles and performance coaching techniques Positive attitude toward integrating AI and emerging technologies into the learning experience Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Educational credentials in early childhood development, education, reading intervention, or related fields Specialized training in early learning methodologies (CDA, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, etc.) Background as a K-2 educator, reading specialist, or literacy coach with formal training in phonics and reading frameworks Previous work in environments focused on individualized learning paths and educational technology integration

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
