What You Will Be Doing
Facilitating Workshops: Craft and lead workshops that leave students thinking, "Wow, I didn’t know I could do that!" From public speaking to entrepreneurship, you’ll teach skills that inspire and empower. Leading daily Motivation Sessions: Kickstart each day by guiding students to set ambitious goals and the mindset to achieve them. Promoting student success: Utilize proven strategies to ensure every student achieves ambitious academic and personal targets. Designing custom motivational strategies: Collaborate with students to create rewards and incentives that drive self-motivated excellence.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Traditional teaching: Say goodbye to chalkboards and lectures. At Alpha, students use state-of-the-art apps to master core subjects—your role is to inspire, guide, and elevate their learning journey. Disciplining: We don’t subscribe to punishment. Instead, you’ll employ logic and positive reinforcement to foster a respectful, engaging environment.

Willingness to work in person in Brownsville, TX. Relocation assistance is available. Bachelor's degree in any subject. Experience applying a growth mindset to achieve high performance levels. High energy and a passion for uplifting others. A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students. Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
