Your New H.R. Opportunity Is Here At Pinpoint! We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented H.R. Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role will be instrumental as we continue our rapid growth in the specialized field of Civil Engineering. You will be responsible for attracting top-tier talent and collaborating closely with leadership on strategic future planning. Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Post job openings in key areas based upon staffing needs. Screen resumes for the top talent and maintain candidate databases. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates. Onboarding and Offboarding: Prepare new hire paperwork and facilitate the onboarding process. Process offboarding paperwork and conduct exit interviews. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Benefits administration: Collaborate with department managers regarding staffing needs. Track and maintain the team’s PTO and Unpaid Time Off. Process HR-related invoices and expense reports. Generate quarterly HR reports as needed. Prepare and maintain company job descriptions. Prepare, maintain, distribute, and enforce Company Policies & Procedures. Assist with ensuring team members are meeting company training standards. Track team certifications and licenses. Tracking industry trends to determine effectiveness Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal and local labor laws and mandates. Assist in preparing for audits and maintaining necessary documentation. Employee Relations: Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Assist in resolving basic employee relations issues. Perform performance reviews. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in HR - knowledge of the Civil Engineering Industry
is a Plus Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Familiar with Industry Standard Compensation Familiar with Executive Level Compensation Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ADP systems, and HRIS. SHRM-CP or PHR certification
is a Plus. Detail-oriented, proactive, ability to maintain confidentiality, and strong problem-solving skills. Compensation:
