The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer to spearhead the transformation and scaling of one of its portfolio companies in the environmental services sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with professionalizing the business, driving commercial expansion, and leading the company into a future of sustainable growth. This role demands a passionate and committed leader with a strong will to win, capable of honoring the company's legacy while implementing ROI-driven, repeatable, measurable, and scalable systems and processes. The CEO will be expected to have a background that includes experience as a top leader in a lower middle market environmental services company or a senior role within a larger enterprise, with a mix of commercial and operational experience. A background in private equity and M&A, particularly in integration, is preferred.
The ideal CEO for the company will have a tenure of 20-35+ years, demonstrating a track record of progressive career success. The role is pivotal in the company's strategy to drive scale through both inorganic and organic methods, and the candidate should be prepared to lead in the execution of disciplined M&A. The focus is on delivering sustainable EBITDA growth and the candidate should be adept at leadership augmentation and be able to work closely with the private equity sponsor to realize the investment thesis.
