About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer to spearhead the transformation and scaling of one of its portfolio companies, a mid-market manufacturing business. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the company through a period of significant growth, with a focus on both organic and inorganic strategies. This includes identifying and executing high-confidence cost synergies, streamlining manufacturing and distribution networks, and implementing improvements in inventory, receivables, and payables to enhance cash flow. The role also involves deploying coordinated sales playbooks, cross-sell strategies, and establishing national account management discipline to drive the business towards the ambitious goal of reaching approximately $30 million in EBITDA within 4-5 years.
The ideal CEO for this role at the company will be a passionate and committed leader with a strong operational and manufacturing background. While experience in private equity is not mandatory, a solid integration experience in M&A is required. The candidate should have a proven track record of progressive career success, with a tenure of 20-35+ years, and a background that includes being a top executive leader in a manufacturing company with a revenue range of $150 million to $700 million, or a number two executive leader within a larger enterprise responsible for $700 million to $1 billion in revenue.
