About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for a Middle Office Treasury role with a strategic focus on enhancing and streamlining operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a hybrid middle office treasury function, which includes managing cash movements, margin calls, and collateral management. This role involves a key emphasis on process enhancement, system implementation, and collaboration across teams to meet organizational goals. The VP will also be involved in the onboarding of new accounts, software systems integration, and will play a pivotal part in strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting, with 8-12 years' of experience in cash and collateral management functions. Experience in trading floor environments and with multiple asset classes is essential. The role requires a candidate with strong technical skills, including SQL, database structures, and programming, as well as a deep understanding of regulatory landscapes and market liquidity structures. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment is also a key requirement.
