The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the capital structure, liquidity management, debt issuance, risk management, and banking relationships. This critical role involves developing and executing strategies for optimal capital structure and liquidity, ensuring adequate funding for business operations, and leading debt and investment management to support growth and minimize the cost of capital. The VP, Treasurer will also be tasked with governance and compliance, including the development of treasury policies and procedures, and will lead a high-performing treasury team while collaborating with various business units to support corporate strategy and initiatives. Applicants for the VP, Treasurer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CPA/CFA preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive treasury experience, including leadership roles. The role requires expertise in capital markets, corporate finance, liquidity planning, and risk management, as well as strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Experience with treasury management systems and financial modeling tools is essential. Preferred attributes include experience in a multinational corporation, a proven track record in leading transformation or optimization initiatives within treasury, and a deep understanding of global banking and regulatory environments.
