About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Treasurer to provide strategic leadership and management of its treasury operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's capital structure, liquidity management, debt issuance, risk management, and banking relationships. This critical role involves developing and executing strategies for optimal capital structure and liquidity, ensuring adequate funding for business operations, and leading debt and investment management to support growth and minimize the cost of capital. The VP, Treasurer will also be tasked with governance and compliance, including the development of treasury policies and procedures, and will lead a high-performing treasury team while collaborating with various internal departments to support corporate strategy and initiatives.
Applicants for the VP, Treasurer position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CPA/CFA preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive treasury experience, including leadership roles. The role requires demonstrated expertise in capital markets, corporate finance, liquidity planning, and risk management, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities. Experience with treasury management systems, financial modeling tools, and a background in a US-based bank are highly valued.
